Try standup paddle boarding and SUP yoga
SUP, or stand-up paddle boarding is as its name describes it, is standing on a board and rowing with a paddle, while SUP yoga is doing yoga on a standup paddle board in the sea when possible, or in the swimming pool.
Taghazout and surroundings are a perfect location for practicing stand up paddle boarding. SUP is accessible to all public. It is a simple sport that just need the following: a board, a paddle and a leash that connects you to the board for your safety. A lifesaving vest is strongly recommended in case you would like to venture far in the ocean.
SUP Yoga is a very fun and challenging activity, that is now trending in Europe and across the Atlantic. Tadenga Surf Village prides itself being one of the few places that offer SUP yoga around Taghazout. Our guest teachers will make sure you have an enjoyable experience, during our SUP yoga lessons. You ‘ll have the pleasure to enjoy a fun, balancing and loosening activity, that will awaken your concentration and muscles, being in the water.
We offer SUP yoga classes on a daily basis, from Monday to Sunday, from nine to ten O’clock.
